No. The IP address must be public, reachable, and under your control.
How is IP SSL validated?
IP SSL issuance is completed by placing a validation file on the public IP over HTTP or HTTPS.
Should I choose Single IP SSL or Multi IP SSL?
Choose Single IP SSL for one public IP address. Choose Multi IP SSL when you need coverage for multiple public IP addresses.
